Processing Time

All orders require 3-4 weeks for processing before they are shipped. This allows us time to carefully prepare and package your jewelry.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Returns

We accept return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must

●Be unused and unworn

●Be in itʼs original condition and packaging

●No signs of damage,scratches, or wears.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned

●Engraved items.

●Custom or personalized jewelry.

●Worn or damaged items after delivery.

●Earrings that have been worn due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your items arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
